Rand Park High School hosts an annual Spring Market as part of the Debutantes’ and Squires’ fundraising activities. 

Local designers and creators sell their wares while food trucks offer delicious freshly prepared food items. Keep the kids entertained with creative activities while you shop.

It’s an opportunity to support our school while enjoying sunshine, spring vibes and good times.

STALL COSTS

Without electricity: R400.00 per stall
With electricity: R500.00 per stall

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Food Truck bookings have been finalised. Applications for Food Trucks will not be considered.

The sale or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, hub-sticks, hubbly bubbly, inhalants or similar are prohibited.

VENDOR SELECTION CRITERIA

Vendors need to sell handmade or crafted items and are responsible for their stall’s setup, cleanliness and safety.

LOCAL PRODUCT:
The majority of products must be proudly South African in concept. Reselling commercially manufactured goods is prohibited. Product originality, uniqueness, design and quality are considered.

QUALITY:
The sale of quality products is essential in helping us to achieve the standard we want to create for the day.

IMAGES:
It is mandatory to submit images of your products and display. If not submitted your application will not be considered.

LIMITATION OF DUPLICATION:
We will limit the duplication of products to ensure fair opportunity for all vendors to be able to sell their products.

APPLICATION:
Please provide accurate information when submitting your application, no products will be allowed to be at the market unless you indicated it on your application form.

NO REPLICAS OR FAKE PRODUCTS
will be permitted.

CUSTOMER APPEAL AND PRICING:
We will take into consideration how your product and pricing will appeal to our customer demographic. Pricing impacts the success of sales at your stall.

The following process should be followed if you wish to book a stall at the market:

Complete the online application here. No other form of application will be accepted.

STEP 2

Applicants will be notified of acceptance by 8 September 2025. If you do not receive a response, please consider your application unsuccessful.

STEP 3

Upon acceptance, you will receive the Terms & Conditions as well as an invoice request form. Complete both and return it to the Event Organiser.

STEP 4

Pay your Vendor fee. Stalls are only confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment.
